This cozy cabin accommodates up to 6-7 guests in a 1 bedroom, 1 loft with ladder step access plus sofa bed for 2. The bedroom is on the main level of the home and is fitted with a queen size bed.

The upper level/loft has 1 full and 1 twin floor bed with ladder step access to a loft and a spare air mattress.

Although the home sleeps 7, it is a tiny house (480 sq ft) and the space is cozy. For the best experience, we recommend reviewing the sleeping arrangements and photos carefully to ensure the space is a good fit for your party. Families and groups comfortable with close quarters typically enjoy the home the most.

There is one full bathroom stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.

☆☆KITCHEN & LOUNGE☆☆
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel right at home. This thoughtfully designed area also provides an eating nook with 2 bar stools to enjoy a nice meal in front of our entertainment system. This space can also be turned into a work space for all remote workers with a power station.

The exterior area of this home boasts gorgeous views. The cabin is set far back from the small road and is very private and secure. There are many state forests near by with tons of hiking trails to explore. A porch that looks out to the forest with direct access to hiking trails or snow mobile trails. A quaint seating area on the porch and a bbq for grilling that is situated next to the fire pit.

✅ We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security deposit collection which will be a temporarily hold on the card for any damages. This will be returned back to your card within 7-10 days after your check out date. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

PLEASE NOTE:

• If you have declined Airbnb's travel insurance it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third-party. We cannot refund due to illness, weather, or travel related situations.

CHECK IN/OUT:
1)Early Check in or late check out is possible if we do not have a booking same day, kindly send request through the HappyGuest portal. (Subject for approval)
2) Failure to leave at scheduled check out time will result in a $250 fee.

GUEST CHECK IN:

1. Entry will be by keyless entry.
2. Guest check in screening will occur via security
   camera.
3. Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and a pet (2 pet maximum) if you are bringing one.

WILDLIFE
Please note: As our home is nestled in the Adirondacks, it’s possible to see or hear local wildlife such as mice, chipmunks, squirrels, deer, raccoons, or even the occasional bear. We do our best to prevent indoor visits with routine pest control, but nature is all around here!

HOUSE SUPPLIES
We provide a starter supply of essentials such as paper towels, garbage bags, coffee/tea , and toilet paper, to help you settle in comfortably. We kindly recommend bringing additional items to ensure you have everything you need throughout your visit or for longer stays and larger groups. We do not supply mid-stay if you run out of the starter pack. Please plan accordingly to purchase some of your own items.

WIFI/PHONE SERVICE
This can be spotty at times due to the area / secluded location, please have the wifi information for arrival to be able to access and use your phone when you arrive.

FIREPIT

1. Wood or fire starter equipment is not provided, if you would like a shipment prior to arrival for fire pit use please check the HappyGuest portal to order.
2. Fire pit must be covered at all times when not in use.
3. Please ensure fire is not left on unattended or overnight.

GRILL / BBQ
Please clean after use and cover.

Please note Lawn Services or maintenance may come during your stay. We ask for your cooperation during this time to ensure the beauty of the home and nature around you!

🌨️ WINTER REMINDER
We recommend 4-wheel drive during winter months.
Salt and a shovel are provided at the property for emergencies. Please note, snow plowing is handled by the community township and their schedule is not controlled by us and we are unable to arrange plowing at specific times to accommodate check in or check out. Please plan accordingly to ensure safety while driving to and from our property.
