Surrounded by tall trees and rolling hills, the neighborhood feels calm, private, and immersed in nature—ideal for morning coffee on the deck, evening walks, or simply unwinding away from the noise of city life.

Just minutes away, you’ll find some of the area’s most loved destinations. Shawnee Mountain is a short drive for skiing, snowboarding, and tubing in the winter, while the Delaware Water Gap offers year-round hiking, scenic overlooks, and river views. For even more adventure, Camelback Resort is within easy reach, with skiing, snow tubing, and indoor waterpark fun.

In warmer months, the area comes alive with nearby lakes, waterfalls, and forest trails—perfect for kayaking, hiking, and exploring. In the winter, the entire landscape transforms into a quiet snow-covered retreat, ideal for cozy getaways.

Despite the peaceful setting, you’re still conveniently close to local restaurants, shops, and essentials in East Stroudsburg and Stroudsburg.

✅ We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security deposit collection which will be a temporarily hold on the card for any damages. This will be returned back to your card within 7-10 days after your check out date. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

• If you have declined Airbnb's travel insurance it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third-party. We cannot refund due to illness, weather, or travel related situations.

CHECK IN/OUT:

• Late check out fee will apply if cleaners are awaiting to get inside the property to clean for the next guests coming in.

GUEST CHECK IN:

• Entry will be by keyless entry.
• Guest check in screening will occur via security camera.
• Please make sure the reservation accounts for the correct amount of guests and pets if you are bringing one.
  We are happy to welcome your furry friends. Please ensure they are included in your guest count when booking.

We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and detergents. For longer stays or larger groups, we recommend bringing additional supplies.

Wi-Fi: Due to our peaceful, wooded, and remote location, Wi-Fi service may occasionally be spotty.

The smart TVs are ready for you to use. Please log in with your personal credentials for services like Netflix, Hulu, etc.

FIREPIT: Firewood for the outdoor fire pit is not provided but can be purchased and delivered before your arrival. Please let us know if you'd like to arrange this service.

SAFETY & SECURITY: For your security, an exterior entry camera is in place to verify guest count. We also use noise decibel monitors inside and outside to ensure a peaceful environment for our guests and neighbors; these devices do not record audio.

We recommend 4-wheel drive during winter months.
Salt and a shovel are provided at the property for emergencies. Please note, snow plowing is handled by the community township and their schedule is not controlled by us and we are unable to arrange plowing at specific times to accommodate check in or check out. Please plan accordingly to ensure safety while driving to and from our property

WILDLIFE: Our home is nestled in nature. You may see local wildlife like deer, squirrels, or even an occasional bear. We perform routine pest control, but please remember you are in the mountains.
