Nestled in the heart of the Pocono Mountains, Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated resort community offering the perfect balance of relaxation, nature, and year-round activities. Guests have access to multiple lakes, sandy beaches, outdoor pools, playgrounds, and scenic walking trails throughout the community.

During the summer months, enjoy lake days with swimming, kayaking, and fishing, or relax poolside at one of the community’s heated outdoor pools. In the fall, the area transforms with vibrant foliage, making it perfect for scenic walks and cozy getaways. Winter brings a peaceful, snowy escape with nearby skiing, snowboarding, and tubing just a short drive away.

Arrowhead Lake is known for its peaceful atmosphere, family-friendly environment, and well-maintained amenities—making it an ideal destination for both quiet retreats and memory-filled group getaways.

Conveniently located near top Pocono attractions, you’ll be just a short drive from ski resorts, waterparks, hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping, while still enjoying the privacy and security of a gated community.

✅ We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security deposit collection which will be a temporarily hold on the card for any damages. This will be returned back to your card within 7-10 days after your check out date. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

PLEASE NOTE:

• If you have declined Airbnb's travel insurance it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third-party. We cannot refund due to illness, weather, or travel related situations.

HOA FORM & COMMUNITY ADMINISTRATION
• HOA forms must be fully completed and submitted at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
• Failure to submit on time will result in a $100 late administration fee charged by the community.
• Reservations booked within 72 hours of arrival, including same-day bookings, are also subject to an additional $100 community processing fee.
• Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Children ages 2 and older count toward occupancy limits. ($9 per guest per night fee as per HOA rules)

The swimming areas for swim at-your-own-risk. Inflatable rafts, noodles and water toys are not allowed in swimming areas. Proper swimming attire is required. Access pass required.

HOUSE SUPPLIES
We provide a starter supply of essentials, including dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper, to help you settle in comfortably. We kindly recommend bringing additional items to ensure you have everything you need throughout your visit or for longer stays and larger groups. We do not supply mid-stay if starter pack runs out. Please plan accordingly to purchase some of your own items.

Streaming service logins are not provided, please feel free to use your personal login for these devices.

POOL/KAYAK
Life jackets/floaties are provided. Please bring extra if needed and goggles.

FIREWOOD
Firewood is not provided if you would like to purchase prior to arrival to have on site let us know and we can arrange this.

• Please note Lawn Services or routine snow maintenance may come during your stay. We ask for your cooperation during this time to ensure the beauty of the home and nature around you!

WILDLIFE
Please note: As our home is nestled in the Poconos, it’s possible to see or hear local wildlife such as mice, chipmunks, bugs, spiders, squirrels, deer, raccoons, or even the occasional bear. We do our best to prevent indoor visits with routine pest control, but nature is all around here!

We recommend 4-wheel drive during winter months.
Salt and a shovel are provided at the property for emergencies. Please note, snow plowing is handled by the community township and their schedule is not controlled by us and we are unable to arrange plowing at specific times to accommodate check in or check out. Please plan accordingly to ensure safety while driving to and from our property
